Empower with Etiquette
Queen City Etiquette is pleased to provide fun, interactive group training programs in person and virtually. Choose from one of the available modules below, combine them for a longer program, or have one custom created to achieve your specific goals.
Available Group Training Programs:
- Business and Formal Dining (90 minutes – 2.5 hours): Learn how to confidently navigate the roles of host and guest, maintain poise and presence while eating, as well as polish up those table manners. *Recommended to be conducted with a meal.
- Personal Branding Workshop (90 minutes): Participants learn to create an action plan to make sure that everything they say and do at work communicates their desired reputation.
- Communication Etiquette (90 minutes – 2 hours): Etiquette today can involve navigating text messages, emails, video calls, and asynchronous platforms in addition to personal interactions. Learn current best practices and feel confident that you are communicating in the right ways.
The above three programs can be combined into one all-day workshop.
- Public Speaking: Discover an authentic speaking style that you’ll feel confident about, become aware of your speaking habits, and learn to master the “Three Keys” of effective communication in this very hands-on workshop with lots of opportunities for practice.

Private Lessons
Come together with friends or family to brush up on your etiquette or learn some new tips and tricks so you can feel more confident in the way you project yourself to others. In person lessons are limited, but available in the greater Cincinnati area. Contact Dina for more information.
Youth Etiquette Program
Queen City Etiquette’s popular Youth Etiquette program has been discontinued. There is still a need and a lot of interest in those classes and Dina is looking for someone to take over the instruction. If you, or someone you know, is interested. please contact Dina.
